To be eligible for this MSc Data Analytics and IT Security Management master’s degree with Arden University, you must have: 

  • A UK Honours Degree at a minimum of second class (2.2) or equivalent

English Proficiency

IELTS 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element); or TOEFL iBT 90; or equivalent
Alternatively, evidence you have previously studied in English; a letter to show that the Medium of Instruction was in English can be accepted

We also offer an internal English test for applicants who are unable to provide an English Proficiency letter. More information on this can be found here.

Please be aware that this course will require you to handle numbers, so we recommend that you have a minimum of a Grade C in GCSE maths to proceed.

We are happy to consider an application from you if you can show us you have the motivation to study this data analytics and IT security degree.

We’ll ask you for a personal statement that demonstrates your ability to study the course. We may also want references and evidence of relevant experiences.

Whilst you can read your study materials on your smart phone or tablet, to make the most of your learning experience, you will need access to a laptop or computer (we recommend one running the latest version of Windows), and a good stable internet connection.
