Throughout this LLB (Hons) with Qualifying Status Degree at Arden University, you will become increasingly immersed into the world of legal systems.

Arden University offers this Law Degree via Blended Learning, which means you spend 2 days a week in lectures at one of our study centres in either London, Manchester or Birmingham, and then study online the remainder of the time, utilising our online study portal, iLearn.
With this course you will delve into the fundamentals of English Law and EU legal system. And each module will develop your knowledge of Law and build the skills needed to pursue your chosen legal career.
Please note: the academic route training requirements for qualifying as a solicitor are changing.
Currently, completion of this course means you will qualify as a solicitor. The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) have announced that, from autumn 2021, upon completion of this degree, those looking to become solicitors will be required to sit and pass two SQE exams, and complete a two-year period of qualifying work experience.
Arden University’s LLB (Hons) with Qualifying Status will continue to be accepted as enrollment onto the professional stage of both barristers’ and solicitors’ training.
Requiring just 8 hours of classes a week at your chosen UK study centre. In addition to the 8 hours of face-to-face teaching each week, you will be expected to study an additional minimum of 25.5 hours of online independent learning. This is perfect if you want more guided learning but need the flexibility to study around work, family or other commitments.

The face-to-face hours are delivered over 2 days per week, but with the additional independent online learning, you can still complete your Degree in 3 years*.
